This Privacy Policy describes how Retrievely (“Platform”), operated by BK Prosper Holdings LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Platform.

- Account information. When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
- Chat messages. We store the questions you ask and the AI-generated responses to provide conversation history and improve the Platform.
- Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
- Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe may collect billing details as described in their privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Process your questions and generate AI responses
- Manage your account and subscriptions
- Communicate with you about the Platform, including updates and support
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers. Third-party services that help us operate the Platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring and session replay), and AI model providers (to generate responses). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
- Creators. Creators on the Platform may have access to aggregated usage data for their tenant, but do not have access to your personal account information or chat messages.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, regulation, or legal process, we may disclose your information to comply with applicable obligations.
4. AI-Generated Content
Your questions are sent to AI model providers to generate responses. These providers may process your input in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not use your questions to train AI models.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and chat history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to manage authentication and session state. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
